Job Description
- IT Support (Software and Hardware)
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot system and network problem, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Support the roll out of new applications.
- Set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- Performs other duties and or projects as assigned by superior.
Requirements + Responsibilities
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years cognate work experience preferably in manufacturing industries
- Membership of professional body such as CCNA will be an added advantage
- Full knowledge of the various functions in IT
- Installations of desktops/laptops/OS/application software and other software
- Biometrics / access control machines
- CCTV cameras
- LAN (networking, laying cables, re-crimping, trunking of cables etc.)
- Communication & Organisational skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users.

- HND
